Arming and Disarming the Alarm

Alarm schedule.

  •        The alarm automatically arms ALL floors at 9:00 PM M-F
  •        It automatically disarms ALL floors at 7:00 AM M-F
  •        The swiping of your card or the use of the Brivo pass will disarm the alarm on ALL floors
  •        The alarm does not automatically disarm on Saturday and Sunday.
  •        On Saturday and Sunday, after disarming the alarm it will rearm after 4 hours. Swiping the card or using the Brivo pass with reset the timer.

To arm the alarm

  •        Press the CMD button at the lower right of the pad.
  •        Press the button under ARM.
  •        On the next screen your choice is to Arm ALL floors. (NO/YES)
    • It is best to choose the floor you are on unless you know for a fact no one else is on the other floor.
  •        Next you will be asked to arm upstairs suite.
  •        Next you will be asked to arm the downstairs suite.
  •        Now you have 60 seconds to exit and make sure the door is closed.

To disarm the alarm at the pad

  •        Press the CMD button at the lower right of the pad.
  •        Press the button under DISARM.
  •        Now enter your code
  •        Then select YES to disarm ALL floors.
  •        All System Off
