Uploading Forecasts To PTC Via Excel N2

DOWNLOAD DATA LOADER TEMPLATE

1. Go to Libraries and click on Retail Document ->Type(Data Loader) -> Search criteria ->Search.
2. Click on Data Loader Templates.
3. Download the Excel File.

• Populate the data in spreadsheet
• Ensure load the forecast into the proper column
• Pay attention to the season name

FORECAST LOADING

1. Navigate to and Click Excel Uploader.

2. Select Forecast Data.

3. Select the file you wish to load.

4. By default, the uploader will ignore blank cells and not zero them out. If you want blanks to be changed to zero, then uncheck this box.

5. Click Load when read.

6. When complete, you will receive a confirmation email from the system listing Success and Failures.
