Global Style Creation in PTC

Product Creation

1. Create New Product
   1. Select Category
2. Add Global Product CAD/Image

1. You’ll need to save the image to your computer
2. Input Data:
   1. Style Name
   2. Brand
   3. Product line
   4. Gender
   5. Silhouette
   6. Collection
   7. Adidas Model #
   8. Adidas Product Type
   9. Primary Fabric
   10. Fabric %
   11. Save

Product Creation – Product Season Details

1. Seasonal SKU Count (You may be ranging more than one color p/ style)
2. Design MOQ (typically 300 units for Global items)
3. “Global” – Check this off

4. Enter Retail
5. Retail Effective Date
6. Team Info 🡪 Marketing, Design, Development, Straub Manage
   1. Fill this out as if this was created in-house 🡪 Use you Designer and Developer based on brand mark
7. Click View Product

Specifications

1. Click Specifications
2. Click Sizing
3. Click “Choose Template”

4. Without typing anything in, click “Search”
5. Select Template by clicking on the “choose” link

6. Click “Create”
7. Select Unisex Values
8. Unisex Base Size
9. If sizing is needed (Socks/HW/UW), you’ll need to select article suffix and Add
10. When done, with the above, click “create”

Sourcing

1. Click Sourcing
2. Click Costing
   1. Close “Baseline”
3. Create Sourcing Configuration
   1. Click the Sourcing Configuration

2. Edit Sourcing Configuration 🡪 Click pencil in top right, next to three dots

3. Under “Factory,” type “adidas.”
3. You’ll get varying options, choose based on where the factory is

4. Agent remains blank
5. Choose Product Type
6. Save

Creating Colorways

1. Click the hamburger/three lines in the top right corner 🡪 Create 🡪 Create Colorway

2. Add image for the associated color
3. Add Colorway letter 🡪 Start with “A” and proceed in sequential order if additional SKUs are needed
4. Enter Full Color Name (provided by global)
5. Enter at minimum “Color 1” and select an option based on your entry
6. Save
7. Next, select “Base Color,”
8. SMU, SMU Account, and SMU Special Handling will be situational
9. You can choose to catalog tag at this point
10. Wholesale FC and MOQ can be filled to 300 units
11. Fill Straub Photography as you normally would
12. Click View Product
13. If entering additional colorways for this style, repeat steps 1-12, but ensure only one of the colorways is selected as your base CW.

Sourcing - Costing

1. After creating the Colorway, hover over Sourcing, then select “Costing”
   1. Close “baseline”
2. Under “Cost Sheet Variations”
   1. Colorways – select colorway associated to the FOB cost. If the FOB is the same across CWs, select those that are the same
   2. Select a representative CW (go with CW A)
   3. Product Size Def
   4. Sizes 1: select appropriate attribute 🡪 select representative size

Assign Articles – (ONLY IF YOU HAVE UPCs)

1. Select Season, Product Colorway Name
2. Hover over three lines/hamburger in top right corner, select “edit colorway”
3. Check “Assigned”
4. Populate Article #  and Adidas Article # with the same adidas article number
5. Save
6. Hover Specifications and click Sizing
7. Under Product Size Definition Select

8. Top right, select the three dots and click “edit multiple colorway-sizes” to edit
9. Under UPC Number, enter the global UPC under New

10. Ensure that Article number is the adidas article number as well
11. Global Set-Up Complete
