Entering Straub Data

Data can be entered into PTC directly or via an upload

When Entering Directly into PTC:

  1. Ensure the below fields are populated for the data to be sent to Straub
    1. adidas Article #
    2. Sample ETA to Straub
    3. Production Location (Straub PDX or Straub HKG)
  2. If the job requires only Photoshop work of existing images by Straub (no new samples are being sent), enter a Sample ETA Date of 1/1/1900
  3. If 3D/PixelPool art is available, enter "Catalog Photos Not Required" into Special Photography Directions

Uploading Data

  1. Complete the cells highlighted in Orange.  The yellow cells are not completed by agron
  2. Season Name = YYYY Spring / Summer or YYYY Fall / Winter
  3. Article # is the Root Article # (no size letter)
  4. If the job requires only Photoshop work of existing images by Straub (no new samples are being sent), enter a Sample ETA Date of 1/1/1900
  5. If 3D/PixelPool art is available, enter "Catalog Photos Not Required" into Special Photography Directions
  6. Ensure the below fields are populated for the data to be sent to Straub
    1. adidas Article #
    2. Sample ETA to Straub
    3. Production Location (Straub PDX or Straub HKG)
  7. Delete the example row
  8. Save the spreadsheet
