Special Handling

Marketing, if you are adding a product that requires special handling, please note:

1. Marketing
1. You need to check the special handling box for the associated season
2. Ensure you have the proper information loaded for Is SMU and SMU Account, including Late Add in the SMU Account box
2. Marianne
1. Will assign buy windows
2. When she buys a product:
   1. The Special Handing box will be unchecked 
   2. The Straub Sample ETAs will be updated
3. If the product is not bought
   1. Marianne will determine if the product should be dropped or if the buy date/intro date will be delayed
      1. Product Dropped
         1. Marianne will advise Marketing to change the colorway status of the Article to “Dropped” and alert the sales team
      2. Buy Date/Intro Date Delayed
         1. Marianne will alert the sales team to the new dates
