When entering bullets and product descriptions into PTC, note the below?

  1. Periods – Please do not use periods in product descriptions.  This includes the use of a period as a decimal point
  2. Quotation Marks – Do not use “ in product descriptions.  Spell out the word inch
  3. Pipes – Do not use pipes | anywhere in PTC
  4. Special Characters – Do not use special characters (i.e., TM for Trademark or ® a circle R for a registration)
  5. Hyphens – There is no issue with using hyphens
